Goodbye Summer Picnic + Workshop

The last few months have been very difficult for all of us, we had to learn to adjust to this ‘new normal’.

We’ve spent more time in parks, we got to know our neighbours, we became members of mutual aid groups, some of us struggled with working from home, some of us had to go into work when we didn’t feel safe, we worried about our jobs and being able to pay the rent, we lost our jobs, we were trying to look after our children, we protested, we felt scared, we’ve felt exhausted, we cried, we laughed, we had enough, we made bread, we cycled around, we skated, we felt alone but we also connected in new ways... it has been a surreal summer!

We invite you to meet us on the 26th of September to share your stories and experiences with us.

Let’s bring our communities together!
